Paul Raftery PhD., Fulbright Fellow, is a Professional Researcher at the Center for the Built Environment at UC Berkeley. He has two decades of experience in HVAC engineering, building decarbonization, simulation, and technology development. His goal is to help reduce emissions from buildings while improving indoor environmental quality. He is currently leading a CEC research project to reduce emissions from existing large buildings using ultra-low global warming potential refrigerant equipment.
