Michael Deru is the Manager for the Advanced Buildings Equipment Research Group at the National Laboratory of the Rockies. He leads the Commercial Building HVAC Technology Challenge to develop the next generation of RTUs. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
