Cindy Regnier, P.E., is the Whole Building Systems Department Head at LBNL and Executive Director for FLEXLAB, the U.S. Dept. of Energy's testbed dedicated to building technologies and grid edge systems research and development. Cindy manages research projects supporting demonstrations of aggregated, grid interactive buildings and distributed resources. She also conducts research and provides support on energy saving whole building retrofits.
