Andy Satchwell is the Director of Policy Strategy at Pacific Gas & Electric. He leads strategy development for regulatory and legislative solutions that enable a safe, reliable, affordable, and decarbonized energy system. Andy was previously a Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory where he led research on the impacts of distributed energy resources on utility profitability and customer rates. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.A. from Indiana University.
