Amin Delagah has spent 16 years in hot water research with advocacy, education, and program and code readiness measure development. He has experience testing heaters and distribution systems in residential and commercial buildings and equipment that uses hot water in restaurants. He has managed lab testing of heat pump water heaters in various configurations to identify viable designs to support sizing-guideline development and C&S energy modeling efforts. Delagah serves on committees for ASHRAE, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, the Advanced Water Heating Initiative, and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
