Rick Dunn has more than 20 years of experience in market development and market transformation spanning diverse market segments, including industrial, public health, and energy efficiency. Prior to CalMTA, he worked at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, where he was responsible for Building Envelope within the Emerging Technology group. Dunn is a veteran of the US Navy, a former submariner and nuclear engineer, and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
