Maya Gantley is a senior consultant at 2050 Partners who manages field and lab research projects evaluating advanced HVAC and water heating equipment to support code and standard advancement in California. Gantley has managed research on dedicated outdoor air systems, variable refrigerant flow, hydronic heat pump, residential heat pump water heaters (HPWHs), and foodservice HPWH technologies or systems. She has experience managing multifamily building retrofits, including the design and installation of heat pump HVAC and central HPWH systems.
