Chad Gretzner is a research engineer for K&A Building Science. He helped build and fireproof many commercial buildings for the Carpenters union (local 1506), Department of Health Care Access and Information projects including Loma Linda’s Children’s Hospital, Division of the State Architect projects such as San Bernardino Valley College, Southern California Edison (SCE) substations throughout Southern California, SCE tubular tower transmission line projects, and many ready-mix sites as a special inspector and senior engineering technician. Gretzner has been trained by the National Fire Protection Association in reducing wildfire risk to property and certified by the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians in work-at-height skills.
