Jingjing Liu is a technology researcher and program manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She is managing the California Energy Commission–funded $16 million CalFlexHub program and automated price response technology demonstrations. With 17 years of experience in utility demand-side management, she is also leading research projects on grid-interactive efficient buildings, demand flexibility for grid services, heat pumps, EV smart charging, clean energy for communities, and workforce development.
