Sam Petty is a technology manager for Commercial Validations within Building Technologies Office’s Commercial Buildings Integration program. His work at BTO focuses on the Commercial Heat Pump Accelerator, leading the Technology Challenge, along with programmatic support for envelope, windows, controls, and embodied carbon research. Petty received his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Denver in 2010 and is certified as a Project Management Professional.
