Mark Rehley is the director of Emerging Technology, Codes, Standards, and New Construction for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. Rehley and his team support products from early identification until they are mandated through a code or standard. He has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University and a master’s in management of science and technology from the Oregon Graduate Institute, now a part of Oregon Health Sciences University.
