Hardik Shah has over a decade of experience with end-to-end product development and evaluation in energy efficiency, renewable, and industrial sectors. His GTI Energy’s End Use R&D group has led industry and government development and demonstration programs including execution and has also led data analysis across all end-use types, including buildings, industry, and vehicles. He co-leads the Buildings R&D business unit, securing, overseeing, and performing buildings and industrial R&D programs. His background includes integrated energy systems, industrial applications, and commercial buildings.

Saurabh Shekhadar is a mechanical engineer with over 3 years of experience in energy efficiency. In his current role at ICF, Shekhadar researches, develops, and manages engineering studies related to emerging technologies in natural gas and carbon emissions reductions in California. Also, he led Texas A&M’s Industrial Assessment Center (US DOE) during his master's. Shekhadar is a recipient of the ACEEE Linda Latham Scholarship (2021) and the AEE Foundation Scholarship (2020).

Abhilasha Wadhwa first joined the California Public Utilities Commission in 2017 in the Energy Efficiency branch. Currently, as a senior analyst, she is the staff lead for the Building Decarbonization proceeding and the Data Access track for Customer Programs. Prior to the CPUC, Wadhwa supervised the Existing Buildings unit at the California Energy Commission and, before that, worked in the private sector in various facets of energy efficiency policies and programs.
